The ISES Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter is the authoritative voice on Special Events throughout the upper Midwest. A unique association, ISES connects independent/corporate/association planners and producers, venues, transportation services, catering, design, floral, rental, technical, and production suppliers all under one umbrella.
As the special events industry continues to become an active force in our ever-changing economy, our members are the human voices and talent driving the local industry. It is the perfect showcasing venue for new and innovative products. ISES is the direct connect to reach this valuable audience for member and industry organizations desiring to promote their products and services.
Definition of Strategic Partnerships, Sponsors and Advertisers
Partners of the ISES Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter fall into three general categories:
Strategic Partners: Strategic Partners are year-long contractual relationships with between local ISES members/member organizations and the chapter which trade promotional visibility for a product or service which meets a direct need of the chapter (such as marketing, photography, etc.) Beyond sponsorship, strategic partnerships are intended to build success for both the partner and the chapter through a targeted, mutually beneficial relationship rooted in our motto: Creative. Collaborative. Credible. Benefits for Strategic Partners are contract specific and designed to meet the specific desires of the partners.
Sponsor: The ISES Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter would not be able to do its work and provide excellence and opportunity for our membership without the generous donations of time, products and services by our sponsors. Sponsors donate products, services, or cash for a specific function; most often monthly program, the Star Awards event, and like ISES events that require venue or food/beverage hosts. These sponsorships tend to be one-time focused (thought the same sponsor may sponsor many events throughout the year). Benefits for sponsorship is based on a comprehensive level-based system, which attempts to recognize sponsors for their cumulative donations over the course of the ISES program year.
Advertiser: Recognizing its unique, targeted audience, ISES offers those seeking direct exposure to the local special events community the perfect outlet for promotion. Advertisers are ISES member companies, either locally or nationally who purchase advertising in the monthly chapter newsletter or annually on the chapter website. Exposure benefits are contracted specifically with advertiser to meet their need.
